Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or yearly basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Unubo, Inc. cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting us. A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Unubo, Inc. to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Unubo, Inc. may attempt to charge the credit card on file one or more times. Should payment continue to fail, the subscription will be cancelled. We use Stripe to process payments. No credit card details are ever seen by us, neither are they ever stored on our servers. Subscription fees are non-refundable if paid monthly. Paying yearly entitles you to a 30 day money back guarantee.

Fee changes

Unubo, Inc., in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Unubo, Inc. will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Unubo, Inc. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Unubo, Inc.

International transfer

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
